For those of you who have never heard of David, he is considered one of the greatest athletes in the world today. His ability to overcome pain and struggle has become legendary and is a much sought-after motivational speaker around the globe.
David was born in 1975 and is a retired Navy Seal who has with this elite group of military personnel been assigned to some of the toughest missions in the world including both Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a former USAF tactical air control member and has challenged himself and succeeded in conquering some of the toughest sporting events in the world.
This ultra marathon runner, ultra-distant cyclist and triathlete has completed two ‘Hell Weeks’ and competed in more than 50 endurance races and arduous mountain climbs. He also holds the world record for the number of pull-ups in one day(4030).

David Goggins is one hell of a tough dude, I was left spellbound as he was interviewed and spoke of some of the excruciating pain he goes through in an effort to strengthen both his mind and body. Truly inspiring, his resilience and fortitude are unshakeable and a true role model in what you can accomplish through adversity with strength and belief in the power of your mind.
You may have never heard of Greg Plitt but no doubt you will recognize the face and body as he holds the record for being on the cover of a fitness magazine every month for five years.
Greg was born in 1977 and started bodybuilding the day his dad brought home a gym when he was in the 6th grade. Bodybuilder, fitness fanatic, model-actor entrepreneur and motivational speaker.
He served as a US Army Ranger, graduated from the military academy and became an army commander in charge of 180 soldiers. A two time all American and 3-time state champion wrestler, also a pro skydiver who jumped over 2500 times.
Greg was named among the 25 fittest Americans and was undoubtedly Americas no 1 fitness model, and as mentioned before appeared on the cover of a fitness magazine not missing a month in 5 years.

Unfortunately, Greg passed away in 2015, aged 37 when struck by a train while filming a video.
I have watched many videos of Greg and his intense ability to motivate and inspire not only through his physique but his words are truly unmatched on social media. His popularity was and still is unbelievable as his legion of fans will testify, he has truly left the legacy that he so often spoke of. In his own words’Legends never die’ and that is certainly true of this legend.
DWAYNE ‘ THE ROCK’ JOHNSON
Dwayne is an American actor of Samoan descent and semi-retired Pro Wrestler. The Rock is considered the biggest superstar in WWE history. He has starred in numerous movies including Fast and Furious, Hercules, The Mummy Returns and The Scorpion King. He has the 9th biggest following on Instagram (94.2) million and is just an all-around nice guy who rises at 4 am every morning to begin his cardio workout.

It’s hard not to love ‘ The Rock ‘ one hell of a nice guy who’s work ethic is simply amazing. He is so down to earth and is the epitome of the saying that, ‘If you do something you love you’ll never work another day in your life’
Arnie as we affectionately know him is an Austrian born American actor who was born in 1947. He won the Mr Universe competition when he was only 20 years old and the Mr Olympia contest a record 7 times. He’s been an Athlete, Actor, Entrepreneur, Director, Model and Politician and “He’ll be back” no doubt.

There’s not too much to say about Arnie he’s certainly done it all. He has had success by never giving up in so many different fields, and is certainly an inspiration.
I know he’s had some marital dramas but no doubt he’s moved on, and I’m sure he’ll overcome those and move forward with whatever options he has been left with. No doubt ‘He’ll be back’ once again. Good luck to him!
